Production: Handpicked, first sun drying, manual selection of the best
specimens, final drying oven at less than 55 ° C, grinding mill stone in 4
phases, sieving and packaging. It is not smoked, so it retains its authentic
natural vegetable flavour.
Tasting: Red orange color. Vegetable, soft and natural aroma. Moderate
piquant.
Properties: high in vitamin C and natural antioxidants. ASTA colour index
between 120 and 140.
